- Preheat oven at 180C for 12-15 minutes.

- In a bowl mix curd and mix jaggery powder(I used organic jaggery and let it melt well in curd), add baking powder and soda and leave it for 2-3 minutes to bubble.

- Add flour and coffee to this mixture by alternating in 2-3 portions.
- Pour the batter in the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes insert a skewer or toothpick and check if it comes out clean. Or bake for another 10 minutes.
- Cool on rack for 5 minutes and remove from pan. Serve warm or cool and store in airtight container for 2-3 days.
